PROJECT 1

Project management of complete replacement of two (2) 16-inch DIP water mains and one (1) 12-inch sewer force main bridge-aerial crossings from San Marco to Miami Beach. This comprehensive endeavor involves the installation of 6227 LF of 36-inch HDPE water main and 12-inch HDPE sewer force main pipe using directional drill technology.

PROJECT 2

Our project management services entail the rehabilitation of two (2) sections totaling 4200 LF of 20-inch aerial watermain. This process involves thorough cleaning by sandblasting and recoating to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Additionally, pipes that cannot be effectively rehabilitated will be replaced as needed. We will also oversee the replacement of pipe hangers and air release valves to enhance system reliability. Moreover, our team will manage the proper disposal of hazardous paint and employ a certified coating inspector to guarantee the quality and durability of the coating application.

PROJECT 3

Construction management of a bioswale project that aims to address historical flooding in the low-lying homes along West 59th Street in the LaGorce neighborhood. The project utilizes bioswales to manage runoff from existing roads and sidewalks. This acts as natural filtration systems, allowing pollutants to settle out of the water, improving water quality before it enters the bay. By capturing the first 1.5 inches of stormwater runoff from every rain event, the bioswales help mitigate flooding and support green spaces by replenishing the freshwater lens in the local groundwater. Additionally, the project enhances the aesthetic appeal of the area with attractive landscaping and native plants, minimizing maintenance requirements.
